due Wednesday, April 2
Reminder: Class retreat on Friday, April 4 with the Sisters of the Sacred Heart. Soup and Stations to follow that evening. Soup @6:00pm in the Hall and Living Stations, hosted by the 6th grade, @7:00pm. We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You,
Because by Your holy cross You have redeemed the world.
There are 14 Stations of the Cross, also known as the Way of the Cross. As part of your class retreat the Sisters of the Sacred Heart will go through the 14 Stations of the Cross and help us, as a class, prepare to live them for an audience on Friday, April 4th at 7:00pm during Soup & Stations at St. John Eudes. Each student will have a role in Living Stations - whether reading or acting - so please set the time aside in advance to attend this Lenten experience.
Objective: Outline the 14 Stations of the Cross and become familiar with each station and Jesus' journey.
Assignment: Give the number of the station, the title of the station and a brief description of each station and provide an image for each station. The First Station has been provided for you as an outline/template to follow as you outline the other 13 stations. An image - whether hand drawn or in clipart form - must be provided for each station.
Rubric: TOTAL POINTS POSSIBLE - 65 POINTS (5 Points/Station)
